How do I create a form?

Choose New form, then start blank or use a template. Edit your questions, select Save, and Publish when ready. Open Share to copy the link.

How do I read or export answers?

Open your form’s Responses tab. Select a response to read it. Use CSV for a spreadsheet or JSON for structured data. Exports include all available responses to that form.

Who can see my forms?

Your workspace and responses belong to your Google account. Anyone with a published form’s link can fill it in, but cannot read its responses. Drafts are private. Sharing your Google account also shares access to your workspace.

Can I edit, close, or delete a form?

Edit and save to update future submissions. Choose Close form to stop new responses. Under Share, you can duplicate or delete the form. Deletion removes its responses too and cannot be undone.

Where are the original school study responses?

Open School study admin and use your existing private admin password. This separate study includes named and unfinished responses. Its participant link still uses the study code. New Google accounts do not gain access to these older records.

For participants

Do I need an account?

No. Open the form link from your organizer and submit your answers. New forms save on submission. The original school study instead saves as you go after consent.

Did my answer save?

Wait for the confirmation message. If submission fails, keep the tab open and try again. New forms do not save unfinished answers, and refreshing may clear them.

How do I request deletion or report a form?

Email legal@zadmin.dev with the form link and your response receipt, if you have it. Do not email passwords or identity documents.
